I purchased a JAY-BE Open Coil Foam Free Kids Single Mattress and whilst changing my son's bed covers I noticed a hole in the corner. On inspection I realised that a piece of spring was sticking out of the corner.

I emailed JAY-BE to inform them of this and I received a response to arrange a like for like replacement.
Within 2 days it has been resolved.
My son has a new mattress, the old mattress has been collected.
It has honestly been great customer service.
I didn't have to go through hoops just to get it sorted. A great company who seem to demonstrate safety over interrogation.

I am very happy and encourage anyone to support this company because they are value for money and know the meaning of customer service.

Miss Jayne was extremely helpful kind and stayed with the issue for weeks to ensure replacement bed springs finally got to me in Ireland. I could not purchase the springs direct in Ireland. It's a pity it's become unusual today to get such good respectful service. It was especially needed as I suffer from chronic debilitating condition.

A replacement mattress was delivered for a camp bed I'd purchased - with minimum effort required on my part. I visited Jay-Be's website and did a very quick Live Chat with their representative. I was advised that my bed was still under guarantee ( I'd forgotten that ) and I received a free replacement mattress within 3 working days. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic customer service, I had a problem with a product I purchased a couple of years ago and they sent a replacement without any issues. Will definitely purchase from this company again, highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about Jay-Be. From start to finish my dealings with Jay-Be were outstanding. They went above and beyond to assist in the purchase and transport of 7 beds to South Africa. Emails were promptly replied to, telephone calls taken, all with great professionalism. Good old fashioned customer service - a rarity in today’s world but something greatly valued by customers. I needed 2 slats for a Jay-be put-you-up bed that is no longer available. Jayne at customer services was very helpful and showed me how to find what I wanted on their website.

I needed a mattress replacing due to springs protruding and all it took was a few quick emails and photo evidence and they are sending me a replacement mattress. Love the ethics of the company and have full confidence in future purchases. Top marks

I requested new parts and they: gave a quick reply to my online chat, honoured their lifetime guarantee with no fuss, and sent extra parts to be sure and an instructional video.

Additionally, when I bought my bed 3.5 years ago, I found the bed I wanted on a manufacturer's website and searched all 40 of their supplier's website to find the best deal. The price was pretty similar across the board (with a £30 variance as I recall), but I chose Jay-Be because of their good website (the only supplier to provide all dimensions to their bed) and their good terms (such as their lifetime guarantee).

I know that some of these things are not necessarily part of the customer service experience, nor part of my recent request for new parts, but I think it is indicative of their overall professionalism.

Sympathetic response given to an enquiry followed up by quick action taken to provide a close substitute for an obsolete component.

CONTACTED ALICE 22/8/24 AS THE BED HAD BEEN DELIVERED BY A LOCAL RETAILER WITH ONE OF THE HEAD BOARD SCREWS MISSING. THE REPLACEMENT SCREWS ARRIVED BY POST 24/8/24.

Jay Bee is great company to buy beds from . Customer service is amazing . Extra polite staff specially two ladies I spoke Jayne and Elle are absolutely the gems . They even reply emails at their quickest. They understood my concerns and gave hands on information.!

The fixings that I had for the fold-up bed's headboard were not the correct ones, I emailed Jay-be and they arranged to have another headboard with the correct fixings sent out and to my surprise this arrived the next day and the headboard was fixed in time for my visitor to be able to use the bed, thank you to Jayne from Jay-be for dealing with this so swiftly for me.

Absolutely horrific bed just another company that buying cheap spring mattresses and chuck and couple mattress toppers on top... It's funny that my 2 year old mattress topper still had more cushen than this new mattress ... The mattress it's self is a joke the side wall of mattress well if non existent you will fall out of bed... Honestly don't no where to start with it.... They said the mattress was meant to be shorter than most but it is so small like all round how can you market it as double... It doesn't even clear the wooden lats of a bed worse part because of it having no side wall strength you have to be 10cm back of the edge as he who dares will end up on the floor. Think you all need to get your rulers out because danm it's small. worse bed I have ever had... Like wasn't it in the budget to pad the metal spring.... Never again
