Been with james frew for a few years now , never had any problems , lovely staff and great communication!

Engineer arrived On time.
No mess was left.
Engineer was courteous and explained what he was doing

No communication!!!!! Engineer called and found damaged parts on the boiler. He did check for availability and found two local suppliers and said that he would be back first thing to repair in the morning. However it would appear that the office neither listens nor read their engineer's reports. So we've got to wait another 24 hours to see if an engineer can bring these parts to fix the fault, and be without heating and hot water. No point in trying to email as email address on webpage isn't recognised.

the monthly subscription is great value for money, boiler serviced yearly, emergency call outs are quick and efficient, employees have all been courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Attentive and on time

heating and hot water was working before engineer looked at my boiler . When engineer left my home there was no hot water or heating there was also three drips from boiler which l had to put container under them and empty this every half hour. The engineer told me l needed a part for the main board and l asked when that would be and was told l would get a telephone call the next day. l have got health problems and needed to have this fixed today as this was all in working order before he touched it but the engineer didn't seem too bothered about it. I know the boiler is nearing the end of its working life but l had to keep pointing out that is was working before he touched it.
Credit to James Frew They sent me me another engineer out later that night (job number 886056) the engineer Sean was brilliant fixed the three leaks first and then the main board with a fuse no problem and as it stands l am getting quotes for new boiler so that l don' t have to go through this aggravation again as this was very upsetting

My experience with your company was excellent from start to finish! I was initially informed of my appointment time and date. I then received a couple of reminders prior to the visit which was helpful since I lead a busy life! I received a message telling me the engineer was on his way and would be with me shortly. The two young men were courteous, pleasant, friendly and efficient. This has not always been my experience with other companies therefore it made the experience easier for me. I am a relatively new customer to your company and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a boiler service contract. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant company. Engineers are all great, never had a bad one. They’re so reliable and they don’t rip people off with over inflated prices

Engineer was very efficient and very polite

I was able to arrange a time that suited me & there was no problem rescheduling at short notice. Confirmation & reminder of appointment received. Engineer contacted 10 mins prior to visit - excellent customer service. The engineer was polite and efficient and provided an update before leaving. Would thoroughly recommend GasSure.

They have always been on time, polite both when in my home and over the phone. Whenever I've had a problem they have removed my stress by always being ready to help. The staff are friendly and helpful. Policte in the old fashioned way. The service has been exemplary.
