Engineer arrived at a reasonable time very pleasant and proceeded to inspect boiler and mains gas area very satisfied with whole procedure from being notified day of appointment and completion of work big shout out to engineer.

The usual 5 star service from James Frew during our boiler service.

The engineer was very quick in doing his work and after he was finished told me that there was no problems gave me form to sign and that was it.

Engineer arrived on time, he was very polite and immediately got on with the job. He fixed a small leak in the boiler and then swiftly moved on to the fire. He quickly completed the work and told us exactly what was needed to be done. Everything was completed within 45 minutes. Good job.

Engineer was very pleasant and everything was carried out to a very good standard and no mess at all . He even gad a look at one of my radiators that wasn't heating , he bled it of air and it's now heating ok .

Service was prompt and engineers polite and efficient. The delay in getting a part and it being the wrong one on the first occasion was a bit annoying.
Telephone communication was a bit awkward. On one call the message that I was second in the queue continued while I was talking to the telephonist. Another time AI told me I’d get a call that day and asked if I’d prefer morning or afternoon. A bit confusing as it was already afternoon.

Easy to change arranged appointment to one that was suitable for me. Man arrived on time he was very pleasant and professional . Worked quickly and thoroughly.

Prompt arrival, straight to the job that was required. Had to get a part for the boiler which he quickly nipped to Irvine for, arrived back and finished the job.

The company sent me an appointment time via email for the annual gas boiler inspection.
The engineer arrived on date and time agreed, he called before arriving.
He was very presentable and polite and informed me before departing that the gas boiler inspection had been completed and passed.
