The whole process was undertaken quickly without fuss. My problem was identified by the 2 Frew engineers straight away. The work was carried out efficiently and my system is working perfectly.
The staff, Tony and Regan were professional, skilled and friendly. All in all an exceptional and successful experience.

They alert you when your due an appointment, both on text and email, they send reminders on day before appointment, a phone call on the day to say they are on their way . The engineer was very polite,got on with his job and tidied up after himself...Great company James frew!

We had two engineers visit us. The first was in and out very quickly and turned off our boiler because he thought there was a problem. The second one was excellent and took time to finish the repair and explain everything, he was obviously very experienced and well worth a recommendation for his knowledge and work completed. They serviced my heating system, service would be much better if you got a better idea of arrival time, the AI bot that answers is hopeless, bring back the good days when we could speak to a person

Engineer arrived at a reasonable time very pleasant and proceeded to inspect boiler and mains gas area very satisfied with whole procedure from being notified day of appointment and completion of work big shout out to engineer.
