Good prices and good customer service

Jacobtime offered the watch I was looking for at a good price. Ordering was easy, and shipment was quick. I had to return it -- I underestimated its size -- but customer service was very helpful. In all, a good experience.

This watch surpassed my expectations!

I knew this watch was large so I was concerned after I ordered it that I might not like it. I have really small wrists so I took it to a jewelry store to have some links removed in the band. It only took the jeweler less than a minute or so to remove some links to adjust the band diameter. Now the watch fits perfectly and feels comfortable on my wrist.
The watch looks awesome and as others have mentioned the super smooth movement of the second hand is mesmerizing. Every once in a while I catch myself looking at the second had in amazement! I've only had the watch for a couple of weeks but it keeps super accurate time. When I first got it I set it to the same exact time (to the very second!) as my radio controlled clock and it still reads the exact same time now. :)
Before I ordered the watch I searched online and Jacob Time had the lowest price. They processed and shipped my order very promptly. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon it arrived. I will very likely buy from them in the future and would highly recommend them as a trustworthy seller.

Amazing !

I was so impressed with the selection of watches available and that the exact watch I was looking for was there. I purchased the watch at a great price and it arrived within a couple of days packaged well. It is beautiful! Thank you !

It had been several years since I had…

It had been several years since I had bought a watch from Jacob Time (nine to be precise), but the company's commitment to getting the order right, shipped out quickly, and following up at every step of the two day delivery process was as outstansing in 2022 as it was at the end of 2012! I honestly couldn't ask for more in the way of customer service and follow through.
