Jacobtime Recensioni

Fast shipping and the product (watch) was exactly as described.

Purchase arrived quickly as promised. Watch is beautiful! I was even more impressed seeing it in person and my husband loved it - said it was his favorite present!

Don't waste your time. They cancelled by order very close to Christmas saying it was out of stock. Took a lot of time for refund.

The Mac Knife I ordered from Jacobtime was delivered promptly, very well packaged and was priced fairly...

I bought a pair of shoes and the package was received right on time and in great condition. I was impressed with how well it was wrapped to the point where the box looked like I pulled it off the shelves and brought it home myself, which is great because I got them to gift to someone. I’ve bought from a few different online stores and the packages were so poorly wrapped that they looked like someone used them for batting practice. Will definitely keep buying from this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Great price and nice brand. I will be patronizing your store again soon.

Simple and quick. Product is as expected. Arrived in 2 business days I think.

The watch is exactly what I wanted. Wish it had come with instructions for setting. Pretty basic so I figured it out.

The watch is beautiful and the shipping was quick! Overall it was a good experience for my first time buying here. The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tag was off the watch and thrown in the bottom of the box , along with the booklet which should have been on the top of the watch and packed nicely. I buy lots of watches so I'm familiar in the way watch companies package. The watch had greasy finger prints all over it where I believe someone just checked the watch to make sure it was working properly before sending which is a good thing, but should maybe have been done with clean hands or gloves because it was all the way around the watch and on the face and it was awkwardly (messy) placed back in the box on its side instead of facing up halfway off the pillow it latches around instead of centered. The sleeve to outer box was also damaged (creased) which does give it a minus for gift-giving and it showed me before even opening the box to view the watch, the warehouse did not take care in repackaging and shoved it in the box as the outer box was in perfect condition so it was not a carrier issue. There was a signature from the person who "checked" it but I cant make out the initials. So if I were to give the business just some constructive criticism , it would just be that the people "checking" the watches need to take more care in re-packaging the items in case this were being shipped directly to the person getting the gift... otherwise dirty fingerprints all over the item and the item being repacked in a messy and careless way would be embarrassing to the gifter if the giftee were to open the box in the way I did to check it before wrapping it. That said... I am very impressed with the watch itself and it is as advertised and was a great price so the other things are really small fries! Over all, I would recommend doing business with JT and customer service for my questions by EMAIL was attentive and replied within 2 days or so even though its a busy time of year. I will be happy to buy from them again as the only issue I had was a very small and easily fixed one. :) Thank you Jacob Time for the wonderful deal :)

I was pleased to find the perfect watch as a Christmas present for my wife. Excellent price, carefully packaged and quick delivery. Very pleased with your services.

Very fast shipping and item was just a discribed at a great peice

Very fast processing of order and mailing out. Great prices and no bootleg or counterfeit items. I was skeptical of this small business but they came through with flying colors and have earned my business. They are the Real Deal!

When I received my CITIZEN proximity watch it wasn’t in the original citizens box. So I emailed Jacob‘s time and Michelle replied to my email quickly. I sent her photos of what it was shipped in and Michelle said they will be sending out the correct citizens box for me. It’s a little thing but I greatly appreciate that. Pricing was great and the customer service is wonderful. Would recommend for a future purchases. Thank you!

Once again, I received a non-working watch from Jacobtime.

I’ve ordered two different times and I must say I am more than 1000% happy with every phase of my ordering experience. Thank you Jacobtime

I took a chance not knowing who Jacobtime was, but it was a smooth and fast experience. It was a watch model that has been discontinued in recent year/s and I wasn't finding it in-stock on other sites. These guys had it and as promised, it is new, in the box and has all documentation. I will pass word-of-mouth to promote Jacobtime.

Very positive experience from the initial order to delivery of item ordered. Very professional! I will order from Jacobtime again.

I was looking for a watch, and was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and for the best price available compared to other sites that offered the same item. The shipping was fast and the watch arrived in perfect condition.

Great choices, delivery and fair price
