I placed an order for a Bullova watch…

I placed an order for a Bullova watch and paid with the protection of Paypal. The order was canceled stating their system flagged it for fraud...hello that's why I paid with PayPal. Not happy that I had to go somewhere else after multiple emails and NO ONE answers the phone and when the automated phone system picks up it says "We are closed" Hopefully others have a better experience.

BUYER BEWARE

Placed an order for a Bulova boxset which included both watch and bangles as a gift for someone.

To my disappointment, what was received was just a watch in a small beat up box.

What I found alarming is that on the printed invoice that I received with this shipment was a picture of what I ordered and paid for showing both watch and bangles in a larger box. Further to that on the printed copy was an original signature showing "checked by" verifying that the items were correct however clearly not.

After reaching out to Jacobtime, I was informed this was not intentional nor did they have no "spare" bangles... I did'nt ask for spare bangles, I asked for the the box set that came with bangles which is what I paid for.

If not intentional, even more alarming that someone is singing off on product quality control without paying attention to what is being shipped. Perhaps this company is happy to take your money for items advertised that they dont actually have.
I am both a consumer and business owner, this is a huge red flag.
