Bought the Alienware Aw32qf 4k oled monitor. Great monitor.
Got it for almost £150 less than the dell official store.

I had not heard of the company previously so had my reservations but am so glad I used them. They provided a really good service and were cheaper than other Dell sellers.

I actually bought another screen first and had to return it as it came with EU power lugs so be aware to check the spec carefully as this wasn't apparent until I had placed the order and received the product.

When booking my 2nd monitor I was flying off on holiday for 3 weeks the day after so spoke to the Sales team who advised me to pay for the faster delivery only £7 more to get it the next morning which it did arrive on time. They use DHL which is more expensive but provide a much better service!

Having had a great experience with my Dell Ultrasharp HD display I wanted another, this time a Dell 4K monitor and spent a long time researching before almost buying one from a different site. Whilst searching I was recommended an Alienware screen almost at the last moment, and after reading reviews chose this, and again searched the net for the best price. I'd never heard of ITC Sales before, but the price was really good, so much better than full list price, that it was an official refurb gave me piece of mind.

Ordered it Friday morning, received it the next day via DPD, which was great, everything in the box looked perfect, and the screen too is excellent. The stand had a minor sign of previous use, but it's negligible.

If I had one quibble it was that the website listing text showed a QHD resolution against the headline 4K title, so glad it was the 4K screen I wanted. Would be happy to buy from here again.

Purchased a large curved monitor. Very happy with quality. It's a refurb but looked like new. Price was competitive. Item was dispatched same day and arrived next day. Well packaged. All good. Would definitely use again for future purchases.
