Efficient and fast service with my order for 2 Dell monitors

Great customer service, purchased 4 monitors one was faulty replaced within 48hrs. Highly recommend!!!

Called ITC before purchase and was greeted by a very helpful gentlemen who explained in clear detail, everything about the product I was looking at. Unbelievable price, told that the product might come with a very minor blemish but when it arrived it was as brand new, no marks st all. Delivery service was first class. Thank you, absolutely recommend 120%.

Found ITC on a whim and ordered a new monitor. Ended up changing my mind about what one I wanted and Sean was prompt in getting back to me to swap the order, issue a refund and within a couple of hours had the alternative sent out.

Over the course of the week I exchanged several emails with Sean as he was helping me decide on the secondary monitor, as well as giving helpful advice on other technical matters.

Ended up buying both monitors from them at a great price and experienced an incredibly fast service end to end.

Would highly recommend and will be coming back to them in the future.

Highly recommended.

You made it simple

I purchased a monitor from ITC Sales that was described as "like new" by staff over the phone. However, when it arrived, the screen had noticeable scratches in one corner. I contacted customer support, and to their credit, they were quick to offer me a full refund or a £30 partial refund. I chose the partial refund to avoid the hassle of returning the monitor, and buying a new one, even though I felt £30 was a bit low for the damage to the screen panel.

While their customer service was responsive, it is harder to find a suitable resolution as they can't simply replace like-for-like if they don't have he stock. After the refund, I ended up paying around 20% off RRP, which is close to the sale price of a brand-new monitor. In hindsight, I probably should have waited for a new one to go on sale directly from Dell.

Overall, I think ITC Sales is a good company to buy from and I likely just got unlucky. They handled the situation professionally, but I’m left wishing I had purchased new instead.
