Arrived quickly and refurb model in original packaging; product is as sold, no issues experienced to date.

We recently purchased a few brand new Dell monitors from ITC Sales having used them previously. The price was incredibly competitive and the monitors arrived the very next day even after ordering them after the advertised cutoff time on their website. A great service all round and will happily recommend them to anyone.

Quick delivery and good price for a Dell G2724D monitor.

Purchased a Dell monitor from them. Frankly, I have not heard about ITC sales before then but I am positively surprised with the overall experience.
First of all, they offer very competitive prices for units that aren't easy to find elsewhere (as they are targeting enterprise market, professional monitors).
Second, their business model of offering refurbished or virtually new devices (returned by business buyers and tagged as refurbished) is quite unique but is very effective. I work in a large tech company and we regularly buy more devices that we need and had to return them. So, I think this niche of re-selling them later for a fair low price just makes a good offer for the domestic buyer.
And finally, the buyer experience is stress-free and straight-forward with prompt delivery and no annoying marketing email subscriptions or other unnecessary noise.

Brilliant service and price. Found them through a google search for the specific AC adaptor for my Alienware laptop. Dell (Alienware) wanted £150 for one. Not a chance! So looking at the great reviews of ITC I had no hesitation of purchasing from them. Ordered lunchtime and arrived within 24 hours next day delivery. Was advertised as a small cosmetic scratch on the adaptor (hardly noticeable) and the new Alienware adaptors mark very easily with the smooth plastic texture anyway so not a concern. Still had the protective sticker over the adaptor Alienware logo so assuming unused and brand new. Also at under half the price of a new boxed one sourced from Dell including delivery very pleased with the purchase and speed of dispatch from ITC. Will definitely be looking at what they have for sale going forwards and will use again.

Rupert and the ITCSales team are fantastic. I ordered a Dell screen from Amazon and the it was delivered promptly. On opening the box I realised that the monitor had cracks all over and probably this was caused during transport. I reached out to Rupert and arranged for a next day replacement and collection of the screen. I highly recommend them for any business needs.
