Terrible Customer Service!!!!!

I sprained my foot on September 11, 2024, and went to an urgent care center accredited by ISO insurance. I had a consultation and an X-ray of my foot—that’s all. ISO never informed me that I needed to fill out CLAIM forms, so I didn’t. Now, on November 19, the urgent care center is billing me $400 for a simple X-ray and consultation regarding a minor accident.

I’ve tried contacting ISO through WhatsApp and phone, but they were unhelpful, only telling me to wait while urgent care continues to bill me and ask for my card details. I paid over $300 for three months of insurance, and the only time I needed their help, they failed to assist me.

Their customer service is terrible, providing no support or peace of mind, especially for students who cannot afford such high medical expenses! I absolutely do not recommend ISO insurance. I am still waiting for a proper response from the company!
