We’re sorry for the initial delay on your order. With such a large product range sourced from multiple suppliers, there are occasions where items can temporarily go out of stock. That said, we always aim to keep our customers fully informed throughout the process.
As shown in our correspondence, your order was placed on 27th March and delivered on 2nd April, in line with the date we advised once the supplier confirmed availability. We notified you as soon as the stock issue arose, kept you updated while we chased the supplier, and dispatched your order as soon as the goods arrived with us.

I never received my item
I had a problem with the 1st order parcel left on door step ,I never received the item ,I was sent another set of handles within days ,so pleased with the product would recommend them to anyone

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I bought 1 internal door latch as I was short for my renovation job. It was delivered promptly but somehow it got rejected when first delivery attempt was made. I emailed customer services after they contacted me to say it was returned and they kindly re-sent it and it arrived 48hrs later. So very pleased.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the item no longer being available and discontinued by the manufacturer.
We don’t display live stock levels on our website - https://www.ironmongeryforyou.co.uk/delivery.

Because we work with multiple suppliers and carry over 30,000 product lines, we don’t display live stock levels on our website.
However, we do make sure to contact customers immediately if anything is on a longer lead time so there are no surprises, and you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
