No Delivery and No Response

I completely understand that orders can sometimes take longer than expected and that delays can happen. My issue is not necessarily that the order is still processing, but the complete lack of communication.

I placed my order on 14 July and contacted the company for an update after it had still not arrived over 7 days later, but I received no response or explanation. I needed the item for scheduled building work, so being left without any delivery information was extremely frustrating. I tried communicating through my order, whatsapp, email and calling the number on the site.

A simple reply explaining the delay would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has been really disappointing, and I have now had to request a refund through PayPal.
