The range of goods sold by this company is great, I needed a specific door handle with lock and I went down all sorts of rabbits holes on the internet before I found this supplier. Their customer service team were very responsive as I needed the door handle quickly as I was away from home and needed it installed straightaway. they were far more efficient than i have been submitting this review!

Nice website with clear photos of their range of door handles. Easy to select and order my chosen style of door furniture. The order took a little longer than expected to arrive but when it did arrive it was well packaged. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality and finish of the product so I would use Brassworks should the need arise.

After experiencing issues with delivery of my initial order, Brassworks followed up after Christmas with a personal phone call of apology, even though the issue was not of their doing, and replaced the order. Goods arrived and fabulous quality, and just what I wanted.
