We had a terrible experience with IQ. After posting on Facebook the number of customers who have reached out to me for advice has been sobering. My advice would be: if you have to use this company, make sure your builder is really clear about the proposed interface (between building and glass) as IQ doesn’t work with your plans/proposals in this regard: you have to work around theirs. When things go wrong, they are no help at all. And as you have to pay upfront you have no recourse. There are other high end glass companies. Wish we’d gone with them and not IQ.

Fantastic experience with IQ after a dreadful experience being let down by another company. IQ were so helpful, responsive and went out of their way to amend the product we ordered to overcome obstacles caused by our build. Would highly recommend them, great from initial consultation through to installation. Thanks IQ!

I would rate this less than one star. I am waiting weeks and weeks for them to ge their act together. Very slick sales pitch but totally useless project manager if I hadn’t already paid the deposit I would be walking away from this company

The entire process From arranging the appointment, arriving to being shown all of the products suitable for our project were spot-on. Ana-Maria’s attention to detail and personalisation was brilliant.

We have had one meeting so far with Ana-Maria who was a total professional, who explained clearly step by step the process, than went through the different products, again explaining in detail, very impressed, only had to wait a couple of days for quote, would definitely recommend.

We had our bi-folding doors installed yesterday. We are very pleased with them; beautifully engineered and very elegant looking. Throughout the process, we found everyone involved from the Design Team to the Installers very helpful, courteous and professional.
And very reassuring that there is an after care service if necessary. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Sky House is a great opportunity to make a 2D brochure burst into 3D life as there is no substitute for seeing and trying the products in a real life setting.
Ana-Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tremendous range of options on offer.
I would recommend anyone wanting to see a wide range of windows and doors arranges a visit, you will come away with lots of ideas (and perhaps a little anxiety that your budget might be stretched to the max!).

We visited IQ Glass showroom last weekend and were impressed by the visit, both in terms of the product quality, professionalism of our consultant and Covid-related protocols. Our solo, pre-booked appointment required other safety measures including temperature reading, hand sanitiser and social distancing instructions. Ana, our consultant, was knowledgeable and engaging, and the product range/ display was very good.

Four years ago IQ Glass fully glazed our new extension and replaced all the windows in the original house. Apart from a delay in installation, all was completed very well and we were very satisfied. Four years on and one of our french door glazing units crazed so we needed to arrange for a replacement. I contacted April James, IQ's project manager, she was very helpful ordering the new unit and arranging for the installation. Darek, IQ's fitter arrived on time yesterday morning and soon had the new panel in place. He was very conscientious and went on to check the other windows and doors in the house to make sure they were all working well. He was very thorough and lubricated all the french doors and fixed any problems that he came across. We are very happy with the service that we received from IQ Glass, especially from April and Darek.

I had a minor issue with the Schuco bi-fold doors installed two years ago by IQ Glass.
I sent an email explaining my problem, and was promptly contacted by IQ to arrange a visit.
As we’re hardly close to their showroom, I would have been happy with a time slot in the next couple of weeks. As luck would have it, they had a job in the vicinity, and could fit us in the following day. By 8.00am they had been and gone and the door fixed.

That kind of service is very rare nowadays.

I had some post installation issues with my bi-fold doors and IQ Glass were able to quickly respond to send out an engineer to investigate. Razvan the engineer was able to diagnose and remedy our issues in one visit.
great after sales service

The products that IQ glass provide have exceeded our expectations, in both design and quality of build. Unfortunately though things do break and when they do the IQ team are very responsive and timely, in resolving the situation. Thank you Peter

Excellent after sales-service. The technician was punctual, quickly identified the lock mechanism problem, explained the root cause and fixed it. Impeccable job and very efficient.

Great customer service (thanks April & Zosia)...
We jammed the window, tried all the quick fixes they suggested (not jamming a pebble under the window in the first place would have been the easiest one!), they then sent a team out the next day who in addition to resolving the problem sorted a few other (also self inflicted) issues with the windows and showed us how to sort them ourselves next time. Couldn't be happier with the swift resolution which is great because I have a lot of their windows!

So pleased with the service received and the quality of the work undertaken with our extension. Thoroughly professional throughout and very refreshing at the level of expertise and communication from IQ Glass. Would 100% use them again and also believe they are now carrying out some work for one of our neighbours after we mentioned them.
