My Company Protection Plus Solutions Criminal Background Screening has been using Intelligent Office for years. PPS use's Intelligent Office's virtual receptionist services and it's by far the BEST! When I first signed up with them they asked for clarification on certain aspects of my business so they could understood what criminal background screening was all about, they're very clear with how a variety of situations should be handled especially with the type of business we perform.

As we continue to work with them, we continue to be extremely satisfied with their service. All of the receptionists are professional and any issues we may encounter to be handled a certain way, they make the changes immediately. Intelligent Office will also forward voice mail messages to our staff via e-mail if they cannot reach us by a phone transfer. This allows our in-house team to efficiently manage their time and focus on what is needed to handled immediately. Also, their billing system is a simple monthly credit card processing!

I've used a variety of other companies for virtual receptionist services and Intelligent Office is by far superior in quality, professionalism and price. We used to be with Regus and their systems were so antiquated that we couldn't have an option to have calls go to voice mail if the receptionists were busy. When you own a real estate company a missed call can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

The folks at Intelligent office have been responsive, professional, and great to work with from day 1 and it has never been anything but awesome. So glad we found them.
