I would recommend the Intelligent Office Fairfax, VA location to anyone. Sylvia and her team are excellent in their service and commitment to their clients. I have been to other Intelligent Office locations and have not had as positive of an experience, however.

I was uncertain if I wanted to spend money for space and phone services, but let me tell you, they are worth every dime! I looked at four different places before making a decision and Intelligent Office was by far the friendliest, most professional, most accommodating and cleanest. They make you feel like part of their family vs. just a client. Tom (owner) is a wonderful, down to earth guy who knows how to treat people right. The staff (Angela, Cynthia and Paige, which are who I deal with) are the most professional, friendly people you will meet, who truly love their job. Seriously, if you are even considering space, just go in to talk to Tom to weigh your options. You won’t be disappointed.

The only complain I have is handling emergency cases for which I give 4 instead of 5 stars.
Once I asked for an overnight courier shipment of the mail that was waiting for me and I urgently needed. The main was sent priority mail instead on Thursday and I received it on Monday.
