Pathetic experience! I have never received my order, even after a year of following up. They are not ready to provide a refund either. I am now taking this matter up through legal channels.

Disappointing customer service
I had ordered furniture vide order no INSF283032133 with a promise that goods will be shipped by 27th aug’20. When the date is missed there is no information shared and also the order status is not updated. After that I called too many times and every time I think I hv been attended by someone from call center guys. I had asked contact no if senior person to escalate my concern but not provided. Suddenly I can seen that within a day status is showing prepared for shipping and expected shiping date is 5th sep. Again called today and they informed that goods are in production house.
One can easily understand the approach comany is following for it’s customer. I think it is a false company establised by few goons to make easy money thru cyber fraud.
Be careful guys. Don’t engage in any kind of transaction.

Very disappointed with their response
Very disappointed with their response. They will shave their hands after selling the product. I purchased a dining table for which the chair's joint loosened within an year and half and the chair broke. It was barely used. When I called them they took two months to respond and then refused to offer any assistance. When they claim its lifetime warranty they only talk about termite on the wood which is anyway not going to happen on sheesham wood. eventually after two months they committed to send a carpenter with charges applicable, I was surprised to know that their carpenter was asking for four times money just for a visit comparing to any other carpenter in the market. once they sell their product they won't really assist you any service in future on fair terms. I will never recommend insaraf to anyone else.
