I’ve recently gone through a breakup had to move house .
Not long been in my flat and trying to get my life back to normal.
I missed my first payment and I do apologise.
But to send me a letter saying you wanted £60 for late payment is ridiculous!!!!
£60 for what exactly??

Ingress Park AGM was a fiasco last year. People get sent the same paperwork several times even though they’ve opted for paperless. Things are consistently wrong or late.

Emma of your company has sent me a refund shortly upon my request. She is courteous and efficient.

I spoke with Emma on 16th January and again on 19th January 2026 relating to the Ground Rent on my property. As I was in the process of selling my house I'd initially been advised by my solicitor to delay G/R payment, but as my move was delayed, I was advised to pay asap.

Emma was very kind and helpful. She understood my predicament and gave sound, concise advice, even placing a hold on the account initially, until I'd spoken with my solicitor once again.

I can confirm I have paid today (in full). All is in order, and Emma has updated me via email to confirm everything.
