Honestly I'd give Imech 10 stars if possible
It was such a relief to find Imech Plumbing online. I was getting quotes every where and checking reviews on Google. Thankfully the reviews I seen for Imech were glowing and now I know why! With no sneaky charges, a completely transparent honest company, a pleasure to deal with and so neat and respectful in the house! I even said myself, I'd give them 5 extra stars if it would let me! And I see more customers have already said the same on Google reviews.
The moment you talk to Dave - who might be a zen master in disguise because he takes everything in stride and communication is a breeze too - it's like free therapy, to tell him about all the registered cowboys we have had a bad run of paying to install and fix things in a fixer upper!
Imech want the best outcome for their customers, which is pretty refreshing after what we've paid out to other "specialists". Dave sent out a cohesive team of 3 lads, professionals I should say first and foremost, and honest to Goddess heroes at the end of the day. After they power flushed all the rads, our 2 year old boiler (which we recently learned was installed wrong by a registered gas tech) would not come back on. They opened it up and found stagnant water inside and lots of corrosion on the bottom. This had nothing to do with Imech but man did they rallly and save the day. They spent all afternoon getting it going again and the rads are piping hot now. We've actually had to turn the rads off early a few nights as the heat is finally staying in the house! Now we can tell there's insulation in the walls lol. Getting the whole heating system balanced was the best decision we made. Can't thank Dave, Colin and the lads enough, absolute gems and gentlemen.
If there are other women out there looking for a safe company that won't rip them off and actually go above and beyond the job spec, you've found it. Call Dave, they're as legit as they come. Great to see a company take such pride in their work and actually care. They're locked in for life now we found a good one!
