We need more Mike Todds in this country ! All it took was one phone call to get through and Bev had us scheduled for a service on our condensing boiler. Confirmations came by email and text and the work was performed in a matter of days and to an exceptional standard. I fully intend to use Mike on an annual basis to service our boiler.
It is a refreshing change to find a company that responds so quickly, in contrast to so many other contractors across a range of services in this country where the process starts out with a series of unanswered calls and text messages which lasts for days or weeks before finally hoping to make contact with someone who might find a way to fit you into their schedule, if you are lucky !
