Hi I ordered 3 large balcony windows…
Hi I ordered 3 large balcony windows and a sliding door from Termo Langai triple glazed the balcony windows seem really good the sliding door which is 2.4 m high and 2m wide is a slider but not like one I have ever seen before the sliding part first has to be pulled inwards and then slides to the left I wasn't told that this how it works and only bought it because I couldn't get an external lock on the balcony window and wanted a back way in in case keys were lost for front door they initially delivered without the external lock which I then got onto them about and they had to get a new piece with the lock for which the cover won't fit over real high up on the door with a massive green key as if the door isn't ugly enough. My builder put in these doors/windows as he is very experienced at installing windows and doors and in September the middle bit fell out and if I had turned my back on it it would have fallen on me. Maria in the office will not entertain my emails but I do not want this door in my house and I have decided I am going to further with this they can't even explain why the door did this enough is enough this door was in the region of 1500 euro so not that cheap and dangerous

Budget friendly and great availability
Very budget friendly options and great availability. We are working with Termolangai in Ireland for alomst 2 year and very happy with our collaboration.

Poor customer service
Bought two external doors from them. Got professional door fitter to fit them. After a few months bottom seals came off the doors and back doors "lip" lost a screw. Doors are not catching or dragging. Contacted them as doors have 2 years warranty. Back and forth with emails and still no resolution. Very poor customer service. Sometimes they won't even reply until I send another email...very disappointing.

They are couboys
They are couboys. Got faulty product and they ignore my calls and texts, don't want pay mony back to. Ending raising claim in court. Stay away of them
