Thank you so much to Melanie. Absolutely saved the day for me with her help getting a last minute viking costume for my son. He loved the costume. Especially the additional viking hat Melanie recommended for him. He wore both hats together! The costume is good quality and really reasonably priced. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very helpful staff popped in only to find it was a click and collect but they let us use their pc to view products and purchase there and then also suggested costumes and helpful with sizing also

Popped in to grab an elf skin dident relise was meant to click and collect. But Melaine helped me out and grabbed what i needed. Couldent of been more helpfull and polite we def use again!

Amazing service, thank you..ordered 9 fancy dress costumes on Friday 24th Nov p.m. and received them on Sunday 26th Nov at 10 a.m. Very professional and efficient company. The costumes were exactly as shown and describe. I can highly recommend ILFD.

ILFD is actually local to me. I placed an order for click and collect and they were very quick to help when i went into the store. I also mentioned i would like another item and they sorted that for me there and then. Very helpful and friendly. Great products

Ordered some Halloween items from this company on the 24th October. They arrived on the 26th October with the main part missing.

I rang them up Friday 27th October (their lines were shut by the time the items arrived on the 26th October) and they advised me that the missing items would arrived within 24 hours (as they had posted them royal mail 24 hour tracked).

Today, I received a notification stating it would arrive on the 30th Oct and that they were posted Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.

I phoned them 3 times on the 27th October to confirm these had been posted for a 24 hour delivery and 3 times I had it confirmed to me that it had.

I needed this outfit for a work event on the 28th Oct and now I have to somehow improvise due to their lack of simple service and following through on their word.

It would have been a 1* review however, the ladies on the phone were really nice. They just need to do their actual job properly.
