Very disappointing company to work with from a customer perspective. There was no ability to answer questions from us on our finance agreement - everything was referred to the ultimate lender (without any help from Ideal4Finance). It’s hard to understand what value they brought to the transaction from a lendee point of view

Dear James. We are very sorry about this as we certainly make every effort to assist every loan applicant who contacts us, and we receive a great deal of excellent feedback about this process. We know that a member of our loans team was in touch with you during your application and provided all the information she was able to. Some aspects of the process have to be dealt with by the lender directly and we can only apologise if your contact with them was not as helpful as you hoped. We are happy to reach out to a senior contact at the lender to help rectify your issues and a member of our team will get in touch with you to discuss this. As a kitchen retailer we wouldn't use…
As a kitchen retailer we wouldn't use this company again, haven't had 1 single enquiry. They granted a loan to a person who never even purchased from us... Seems like Ideal4finance have only benefitted from our membership - total waste of money.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service from Ideal4Finance. I didn't find it the easiest thing to set up and had a couple of glitches when coming to confirm it but they were very prompt in replying and fixing it. They also checked after my installation to make sure I was happy with my purchase which was reassuring.

Achieving the loan was a bit tricky to begin with, all the evidence required. Once this was completed everything else was great. Also the people that work there are very helpful and friendly.

A year of money out and no support!
You handling of this and my contract termination has been well below par, from day one there been little to no support, no communication when i did send in my cancellation notice, no communication until you request money. Unfortunately i know that my review that ill be leaving will do little to effect your business but i do hope you treat others better than you have me.

Fast paced simple
I honestly had no issues it was very quick, I haven't had a loan for a very long time and always pays things off early. This might be different for others though.
