I was lucky enough to be assigned Andrew as my contact who explained everything in simple english as providing fionance is not something I knew much about. The process was incredibly simple and now my future students will hopefully find financing their motorcycle courses with ride-wsm.com much easier!

Strongly recommend that everyone avoids this company.
I was contacted by Ideal 4 Finance.
I paid a £2000 set up fee.
All my future customers were offered an interest amount which was extremely high.
I never secured any sales and the feed back from my customers was that the interest rate is way to high.
I lost my set up fee and was left feeling ripped off.

The reason for this review is that one of your operatives from Preston keeps cold calling me and I hang up. He then calls me at 855am and hangs up on me. Can he not handle rejection I wonder.

Website was easy to navigate with a quick decision made re finance approval. Jasmine called to confirm we were happy with our purchase before releasing funds to the vendor.

Smooth, straightforward experience

We believed that using this company would help us obtain more sales. In 4 months we have only obtained 2 sales through this. The set up is not as good as previous systems we have used. You are not told immediately if applications are accepted or not and if anyone applies over the weekend you don't find out until the Monday morning. Most applications are declined and no customers have advised us of any follow up actions to offer alternative options. The staff are all helpful and friendly but having to work with an inadequate system.

Some may look at this review and think why 4*? The final star will soon be ticked once we have received our first client to continue through a finance option.

From the initial enquiry, to Steven sitting in our offices with us to the completion of being set up.. one extremely stress free, interesting and learning experience. Every question we had have been answered. Always someone on the end of the phone to talk to for assistance also.

We have had a couple of customers interested in the finance option, however both have accepted quotes with just paying the invoice on completion in full rather than a monthly fee. We are hoping using IDEAL4FINANCE will help grow our business in a new way. Only time will tell.

We have been with Ideal4Finance for 8 years and have just agreed to continue with them , at first we found the setting up on our website a little difficult (probably because we were used to pen and paper not internet) but after they helped us we got used to things and now find it easy and stright forward to use as do our customers. We have had several customers use the finance that otherwise would not of had their kitchen from us ! All in all the people have helped us along the way have been great and easy to deal with.
