Thank you for your review and I'm really sorry to hear you were not happy with your delivery.
At the moment, due to Coronavirus, Royal Mail are currently minimising contact during delivery. They are not handing over the hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead ensuring there is somebody at the address and logging the name of the person accepting the item.
I have checked the Royal Mail tracking and can see that your order has been delivered.

We are a home delivery service for travel money and unfortunately we do not offer a currency transfer service.
We don't currently have any branches open that offer the Western Union service so if there is anything else we can help with then please drop us an email at icedirect.callcentre@icecurrency.com and we can assist you further.
We do deal with an affiliate company called Tor FX who do offer a transfer service. You can contact the team by calling them on 01736 335 250.
