First I had to wait 3 weeks for the sofa to be delivered. After repeatedly corresponding with Karnak, it eventually came. The sofa was assembled, it didn't work and started falling apart. Repeatedly in contact with Karnak again, they PROMISED a replacement but then they came to "fix" the sofa and caused more damage to it. Again reported to Karnak and they promised a brand new sofa after removing it. Another month went by and still no new sofa. Eventually they came with the exact same sofa as what I had with the same damage after I was promised a brand new one. Again reported this and the sofa was taken. Another month went by and full of excuses why I still didn't receive the new sofa. When requested a refund, Karnak wanted more time. Lies upon lies from Karnak. Don't even use them.

It was good earlier, now its not seen.

I used this exchange from last 2 year. I send money to Nepal to my family members. It's just very very easy to used this exchange. It's give accurate price rate also. I am so happy with this exchange.

Been twice, 2nd time on my own, made to pay for sunbed 200aed (redeemable)then waited to be seated/bedded) ...my waitress then just wandered off and basically gave absolutely zero f#uks I'll give zero f#cks for a review but this made me do it.......

IDK why I haven’t used their app, instead going in this heat, somewhere in the city center, to just exchange dollars to local currency:( I liked the rates, though, fast process, nobody asked additional questions or required paperwork, simply do your thing, without any waiting time, many counters over there. But, they should inform earlier about app exchange availability, to avoid such situations.

I was required to use this service to convert my dollars into the local currency, don`t remember the name. No problems at all, good rates, friendly cashiers, not too many people at the counter...

Been a regular customer for many years and they have always matched No1 currency - which saves us going to town. The lady that normally works there (White European) always so helpful and matches rates. Today the two new Indian staff couldn’t match and not even near what No1 currency was offering so just picked it up from town. So most likely people are paying way too much for currency conversion there. Not good sorry. Especially when you specialise in UAE currency!

Can’t write too much as i am doing official complaint but when I read it’s not the first time they do fraudulent practices i have to share and avoid people to get stolen from them.
i begg everyone to open a case against this shop .
They make you try good wig and then deliver damaged or low quality and asking for more money the double of the price . If u refuse tough luck they don’t refund .i will never give up on them and make sure that everyone avoid such dishonnest people .i have all the proofs and can share with anyone
