Kennel cleaner order
We ordered directly for the website on a Friday, with next day delivery. When it wasn't delivered by Monday I contact HSD told the courier has lost the shipment and a replacement order had will be sent for next day delivery. A week later nothing has been received. Contacted HSD and I was told that the courier had damaged the order and a replacement could be sent but not until the following Monday, Despite advertising delivery by Saturday on the website. When I requested a refund as I could order elsewhere I was met with sharp attitude from customer service.
