Very happy with HSD, good efficient service and delivery…..thank you.

On time good product

Very helpful support and good advice before purchase. Have recently reordered as good pricing and quality of product.

Very happy with my purchase.
The ease of the ordering process was very good and the choice from the category i was looking at (car care) very impressive
I would definitely recommend and make further purchases in the future.

Only one downside was
the 2x 5L bottles were not in plastic bags when they arrived so if any leakage it would have gone into cardboard box.

Very prompt service, would definitely order from HSD in the future.

I used this company to buy some gardening items and required a lot of technical knowledge of what products to use and how as i have a big garden. Peter was extremely helpful in guiding me on which product i needed for my specific needs. I saved money as well, as i bought the right products from the information that Peter gave me and did not have to use the old fashion trail and error techniques which obviously costs time and money. I have used the products now and Peters advise was spot on so a HUGE THANK YOU.......His customer service is also 100% and would 100% recommend this company to everyone and will continue shopping there as well.....

Easy online ordering system and fast delivery. I bought the "ultimate" patio cleaner which worked well. Will buy again.

I had no problem finding what I needed on the website. Ordering was easy and customer service was excellent. I had a query which was easily solved over the phone. Customer services were very helpful and polite.
The product, an extra long litterpicker, was delivered well packed. Care had been taken to protect it from bending in transit - a piece of wood had been taped to the length of the box.
Postage was free despite the item being delivered over 100 miles away from the depot.
All in all, I highly recommend this company.

Over the past five years i have been buying a number of HSD products, car shampoo, snow foam, carpet cleaner and steam cleaner just to name a few. I am very pleased them and the company order system is quick and the delivery and packing is second to non, and the prices are good. Many thanks for your service, Regards

After some online research I selected Black Magic Rust Converter Paint to use on my metal driveway gate. I then did some price comparisons and found HSD Online to have the paint in stock at a competitive price including free next day delivery. I ordered 2 x 1 litre tins of the paint at approximately 10 am on 7 April and it was delivered by DHL at 8.30am the next morning. A n amazing service from an excellent company. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the again. Thank you HSD.
