Three days before Christmas, so no surprise that the shop was extremely busy and my expectations of great customer service were low! Then along came Bridie who was extremely polite, attentive and helpful and made our shopping experience enjoyable.

First of all we were met by a lady called Tracy and what a wonderful person she was.My partner and I were looking for a ring for her for Christmas.We are elderly people so it was comforting to have someone like her who went through everything we needed to know in buying the ring,which we did and are very much hoping we see her again when the ring is ready for collection. David & Tricia.

Courtney served me on Saturday and she was wonderful. She was full of ideas and suggestions that were very helpful.
I spent a lot more than I planned but enjoyed chatting with this lovely young lady.
She was genuine and very helpful. Thank you Courtney you were a real star.

Me and my daughter made an evening appointment to have our ears pierced. We were greeted by friendly staff Tracy and then taken to have our piercing. Leanna was very nice and both ladies made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It was an all round good experience and friendly atmosphere have been recommending them to everyone I speak too. Thank you 🙏

Can’t fault the staff at HM Samuel’s in bluewater they were all extremely helpful, Faye was very helpful and had a wide range of knowledge helping aid my purchase. Can’t thank her enough

Nicola was amazing from start to finish. My friend was so nervous about having her ears pierced which then led to me having my ears pierced first! Not planned! :) She was patient and so informative all the way through & thank you if you ever read this!

I would really like to recognise Nicola who served us at the Bluewater store yesterday evening.

She was really friendly and professional. We were buying a men's watch and child's St Christopher with a lot of sentimental value to us. Nicola was great when my husband wasn't sure about the watch after seeing it online, walking him to the front of the store so that he could see it in more 'natural' lights rather than the brighter ones inside.

My 5 year old wanted to view the St Christopher and she treated him like any other customer, rather than a small child.

She really made an emotional shopping trip a lovely experience for us.

She's a credit to the company.

Went into the Bluewater store, the manager Leanne was excellent, she was so kind and patient with us, explaining everything and put us at ease spending a large amount. She is a credit to your company, I wish all stores had this level of customer service. I will recommend to everybody I know. Thankyou

Just had an excellent experience in Bluewater H Samuel when served by Leanne who was so thoughtful when I took an old watch in for a replacement battery and to fix the bracelet. Thank you.

I would like to thank Michelle at Bluewater store for the patience and kindness she showed my elderly Mother while choosing and purchasing a watch today. Nothing was too much trouble and my Mother was very pleased with her watch and the service she received.

Walked in store met with rude male employee who barked there’s a queue

Then he served other customers who entered after us - he glared and deliberately avoiding serving us

Really sad as was there to buy birthday present for 13 year old

I bought rings from the Bluewater store. I love the customer service.

The person who attended to us was friendly, warm and patient. She asked what I like typically and recommended a couple of options. We chatted about the rings without her putting pressure on me to buy.

The service was wonderful and highly person-centred. It was our daughter's birthday and the member of staff was patient, friendly and celebratory in her approach. Without doubt, we would return the store and highly recommend the customer service skills of this person and her colleague.

I wanted to especially thank Joe who served me! He helped me pick out a lovely pair of earings for my aunt. He was so kind, positive and provided great support with the different options available (that were within my budget haha).

Took special care with packing them also, so can only give a 10.
