Website Fairly easy to use, and big pictures.

An absolutely appalling experience of buying my partner a product in her account with my card details. First on a Chrome browser, couldn't even put product in the basket, so went to Edge; in Edge, the website wouldn't accept my Microsoft-saved card details even when I put them in manually until I entered them without gaps between the 4 sections of 16 digit card number; even then, wouldn't accept payment - had entered my own address as billing address - and has to resort to paying with her card which had same address as shipping address. Even then, my partner couldn't log into her account so, though has payment ref. no. etc., no record in her account of purchase. Though email address did receive chat transcript, that same email address did not (apparently) have an account (clue: it did - I just set it up a few hours earlier) and did not receive an email when attempted to "reset password," even though we hadn't forgotten it, having just set it up. Somebody has to do something to get rid of all these bugs!!!

Went onto the website and ordered two items which was very simple and straightforward had no issues.

Well made website with good prices, easy to navigate with a nice function to be able to see your watches on your wrist. all in all a good experience

Enticed with a welcome offer only to find out it's not valid on most of their range.

I had a really disappointing experience at the H. Samuel store in Buchanan Galleries. The staff showed little to no interest in customer service, which made the visit feel unwelcoming and frustrating, and ultimately led me to visit a different branch.

In contrast, when I went to the St. Enoch Centre branch, the experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome. The staff were engaging, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted.

The difference between the two stores was clear. The staff at Buchanan Galleries could learn a lot from the St. Enoch branch, where the service was excellent.

Shocking company- shocking quality/ shocking costumer service. A stone came off the bracelet ( only wore it for 10 days)!!! I took it back to H Samuel they refused to do anything, as apparently I hadn’t bought insurance. Everything comes with a warranty even if it’s 30 day. Apart from h Samuel’s items, unless you buy additional insurance they won’t take any responsibility for faulty items. I’m not a person who leaves bad reviews but I felt it was needed- you lot need an awaking call. I will never buy again and I wouldn’t recommend this Company

My daughter had her ears pierced, for the first time, at H Samuel, Rhyl. Zoe was amazing, she explained the process from start to finish, and put my daughter at ease, so much so, she barely flinched when the piercings were being done!

I went to get my seconds done without an appointment and I’ve never had a better experience. The worker so was incredibly sweet and made sure I liked the placed before piercing and gave me a stuffed bear to hold while she did it. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was genuinely kind hearted. She did not rush it at all and said I was not going to leave until it was perfect. Very much recommended!

Silver ring turned black and marked after 4 week Manager 🤬Inverness said it just with having worn it 😀 what was I supposed to do leave it in box !!!!!!!!

Found what I was looking for easily choose and paid with ease

The Northumberland street store in Newcastle was nice and quiet, good variety selection of jewellery. All staff are really helpful and friendly and I always come away with a purchase of great quality.
