Your staff is warm, friendly and professional. Very familiar of the product i was interested in. He has a good memory of his customer. It was a nice feeling to be remembered and have that opportunity for the buyer-seller socialisation. This interaction is one aspect of online shopping that is missed. For this reason i always visit your store because i look forward to meeting and have a brief chat with your staff. I shouldn't miss to cite too that they have an excellent dress code.

Absolutely shocked how disinterested and rude the staff member was that served me, wasn't at all helpful or approachable.
I was made to feel like a burden and a time waster even when I made a purchase and the manager wasn't much better will never shop in this store again. I spent £400 pounds on a ring and was made to feel like they just wanted to go home as it was near the end of the day.

If I could give no stars I would and I would be grateful of some one was to reach out to talk to me about my experience.

Social distancing was observed. The customer service was excellent. I was in and out of the shop in about five minutes.

The staff at H. Samuel (supervisor) was welcoming, helpful, ready to give advice when requested.
He was willing and ready to show relevant items which matched my requirements.
He showed knowledge on the merchandise on display, and could give unbiased comments/comparison to help a customer make decision on the purchase.
He took active interest in helping all customers.

Over the counter the customer service was excellent.

She advised me with different ring and based on my liking she showed me the one I was looking for.

I was served by a very pleasant and polite young man, he was very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. Big thumbs up for customer service. All in all a good experience.

Paid for what should have been a sturdy pair of earrings for my wife. She had been wearing them for 40 minutes at home when the weight of the earrings caused the clasp to open and one of them to fall out of her ear. Very disappointed with the quality.
