The assistant was very helpful and friendly. Very professional.

I was smiled at made and made to feel welcome by a friendly staff member. She discussed with me what the occasion was and whom the gifts were for, she also discussed what price range I was willing to pay. She showed me many items that fit around what I was looking for which gave me a good choice within my budget. I left feeling good about my purchases and will return again.

Purchased a new watchstrap and batteries for two watches. Lady was quick and efficient and friendly.

Excellent service from Claire and Gemma in Aberdeen store BUT your Courier choice of DX isn't so good. Item ordered and due delivery on Tuesday but received e mail on morning saying courier unable to deliver but would re-deliver on Wednesday then txt message 40 mins later to say delivery is Tuesday. Maybe better with Royal Mail ??? Very confusing tho not stores fault.
