My experience was good only downfall, The ring I was wanting was not in my local store for me to see. If I had to go into Aberdeen that would have totalled 80 miles round trip. I spoke to the Chat they were very helpful.

Went in to collect necklace which I left for repair and Ellie gave me superb attention and advice. Repair has been done perfectly. Ellie is an asset to your company.

Visited Bon Accord Centre Aberdeen on friday as a quick stop off to enquire about my non-working watch. Sacha was very knowledgeable and helpful in the information she conveyed which gave me confidence in her abilities. Sacha then quickly and efficiently sorted my watch! Totally delighted at a friendly, quick and easy process!!

Aberdeen Manager Claire went above and beyond to help out my grand daughter when she was choosing her birthday jewellery. She also organised to have a gold ring sent out to her by post in time for her birthday aswell and was very kind and helpful.

Staff member was polite, respectful, and very helpful I was able to try on chains but when I was struggling to get it on and off I got help which I was happy about he took the time and patience it needed for me to pick exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
