Es ist kaum vorstellbar, was sich die Mitarbeiter bei HRVATSKI Telekom erlauben:
doppelte Rechnungen erstellen,Mahnungen bei längst bezahlten Rechnungen, bei Beschwerden und Reklamationen bitten sie, sie mit 10 Punkten zu bewerten anstatt eine plausible Antwort auf gestellten Fragen zu geben.
Unprofessionell, ärgerlich,höhst bedenklich!
Ob das Mutterkonzern eine Ahnung hat was in Kroatien, HRVATSKI Telekom vor sich geht?

I advise all foreign citizens who are coming or visiting Croatia to take a voucher card or some other option, but to strictly avoid Hrvatski Telekom, because it is the worst company that does not treat you like a customer, they only wants your money. The service is below average, and their employees are not well educated!

Ripoffs and thieves. Extort illegal charges out of the customers. They do it under protection of Croatian government.

The coverage on my mobile plan has been intermittent, and I had a question about the best options for topping up my plan.

First thing was that I had to wait 90 minutes to be served, and there was no place to sit - or rather then places to sit were taken up by pensioners permanently.

When it came to my turn, the advice was confusing. When I questioned it, I was shouted at.

I asked to see the manager. He too shouted at me, and shamed a young lady in the office who was in training - to be honest, this young lady was the only person who was polite.

I told the manager my experience with the slight unreliatbility of service. His reply - "No. YOu are mistaken. We are the best."

I suppose with that attitude, Hrvatski Telekom will soon start to lose customers. I for one am not staying - it will be inconvenient to change movbile numbers, and there is no way I am staying with this level of service.

I've never really written a "bad" review about anything, but I feel frustrated.
This company made me lose a bunch of options and the money I had paid for them because they called me, told me I qualified for an "upgrade" by switching to subscription, I mentioned I didn't need anything other than what I had, never confirmed my consent for this "upgrade" and when I tried to recover what I had, I just lost everything because I cancelled the subscription since I don't want something more expensive, but I won't receive my previous options unless I pay for them again, even if I hadn't used them up.
I don't understand why "confirming consent" is only a formality.

I always have problems with their app, Internet works very badly, also had terrible service outside of Croatia (still EU)... changing companies ASAP as soon as possible.
They have some really good CS agents, and I've had good experiences with them, but others aren't really empathetic at all. I hope they address these issues someday so other users can be more satisfied.

In all of Europe there will be no company with such a worse Customer Service! I bought for 2 weeks (!)a touristic ticket. It did not function and are still waiting for an answer! NEVER AGAIN!! Go to A1 in croatie
