Guthaben zum 2. Mal unterschlagen
In der mobilen App ist nun zum zweiten Mal vorher aufgeladenes Guthaben im Wert von fast 100,-EUR verschwunden. Der Support im Chat redet sich damit heraus, dass sie keinen Zugriff auf entsprechende Daten hätten. Für was gibt es den Supportchat dann überhaupt!?
Dazu noch die neuliche Preiserhöhung von 7,96 auf nun 15,00 EUR für 10 Tage Internet für die gleiche Leistung.
So kann man treue Kunden auch loswerden. Dann doch lieber wieder Starlink!

izbjegnite potpisivat ikakve ugovore s njima, oni se ne drze svoje rijeci i ne mozete nista napravit povodom toga iako je sve ugovorom zasticeno to vam vrijedi samo ako je njihov interes u igri.

Thieves. Fraudsters. Cocky and arrogant. Unwilling to improve service following objections and suggestions. Calling 3 times per day to talk you into getting deeper into their fraud network. Sending letters at home address that your tariff model doesn't exist anymore and you are automatically transferred to more expensive tariff model but you can get monthly discount if you sign extended period contract. When you visit them and ask for what you received letter, they blackmail you to accept their additional services, otherwise it's impossible. They make me puke and I will change my operator as soon as possible
It's getting worse
It's getting worse. The network is unstable, 4 months of struggle and mistakes getting fibreglass, the customer service is almost non existent. 2 hours on the line, none of 2 questions answered. Seek another service.

Unternehmen zeigt überhaupt nicht interesse Kunden mit privaten Router configuration zu helfen. Obwohl nach meinen Kenntnis sind verpflichtet richtige Parameter configuration kunden zu stellen.
Immer wieder aussage von hr.Telekom wir übernehmen keinen Garantie für Ihre eigene Geräte. Punkt.
Terrible network
Terrible network, 0 service. - If you want anything remotely fast please go ANYWHERE else. NASA has a better connection to the Mars-Rover than I do to YouTube on the mobile network, and I pay 115 euros a month for this. Contacted them, and I get the "please reboot your phone" shenanigans. It does NOT work. Service useless, network unusable. Save money, go anywhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. Has been going on for months.

Jetzt nach dem Versprechen 48 Stunden auf Techniker warten, - schreiben sie 7 Tage warten Verlängerung ( das die auf dem Land arbeiten) und nicht kommen kann.

Nakon svega, nemam više vremena ni živaca po n-ti put sve pojašnjavati i ovim putem - samo da napišem da je ovo najgora podrška na koju sam naišao u svojem životu (a 25 godina sam u IT branši - dakle, nisam baš totalni laik kad su telekomunikacije u pitanju).
Ljudi, ja zaista ne znam kako vi kao tvrtka opstajete. Pa to je kaos. Totalni.

I'm a loyal customer for over 10 years and how they act lately is the sole reason I'm gonna go somewhere else! Every bill is payed on time, I always use their services but their app is full of errors, no one is trying to repair anything! I can't buy new phone, I don't know why or how but they are not letting me, treating me like a criminal who is trying to rob them by wanting one phone equivalent of the price of my salary.. In their centre, they just look at you like you are the crazy one, don't input anything in their computer, don't even try to make people buy something, I don't know how they even earn money at this point. 3 months, I'm trying to buy phone for 3 months and I still don't have it. This is ridiculous!!!!!! If only I can show you their messages, you would flip I swear!! And I don't know how many times I should talk to an agent online and in person back and fort and not getting anything solved or selled!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They became so expensive but also so pooooooooor in communication, skills and problem solving..

Nemoguće je dobiti agenta u korisničkoj. Problem koji imam nije moguće rješiti preko AI chatova.
Usluga "na nivou" kao i inače, bitno da se može zvati i maltretirati ljude kada se "guraju" pretplate i sl. unatoč tome što sam više puta rekao da me ne zovu.

Been a customer at Hrvatski Telekom for very long time. Service and coverage are poor to average if you compare it to the other EU countries. Service/technical support is extremely poor. This is mainly as their field work is outsourced to various companies and their own employees providing the field support are lazy and without appropriate level of knowledge or solution fixing skillsets. Worst of all they are always late for intervention as mainly drinking coffee and beer at local pubs and caffee bars during their working hours, leaving minimal time for actual problem fixing.
Lately a I have been without service for over 3 months. Both internet and tv not working. Tried customer support few times without much success. Wrote emails to prigovori and got the response how Telekom is aware of the issues I face but due to complexity of work unable to estimate time it will take to fix the issue. Next day I stopped the T-Com van on the street and asked the guy to check why my internet is gone for months. After 15 minutes checking the maintenance hatch down the street he got back and said some wires were busted but now replaced and everything is back in order. Sent a request to terminate the contract and a request for penalties for non-service (30 €/day). Goodby Hrvatski Telekom for good.
HT je stvarno zona sumraka!
HT je stvarno zona sumraka, nadam se da sam sa ovim završila s njima zauvijek.
Obzirom da nisam produžila ugovore (mobilne i fiksne) već sam prešla na drugog operatera, HT mi je odmah onemogućio pristup web portalu i app na kojima sam dobivala njihove račune obzirom da sam se odlučila za taj način dostave računa a ne u papirnatom obliku.
Prošli tjedan dobivam mail od HT genijalaca sa velikim slovima OPOMENA da nisam platila račun broj.... ali ti isti genijalci ne prilažu račun u mailu. Nemam pojma o čemu se radi da li HT da li Iskon (njihova kćerka), da li mangenta 1 ili mobilne usluge. Sve to sam i navela u mailu, međutim ne odgovaraju zato što imaju 15 dana za odgovor. Počinje nemoguća misija zvanja telefonom, nakon 15 minuta uspješno se javi mladac i konačno nakon objašnjavanja itd dobijem prijepis mailom. Ovo je samo dodatak na prijašnji osvrt da se pripremite što možete očekivati od njih ako ih izaberete za operatera.
