Huub maakte het zoeken naar een huis plezierig. Hij heeft een goede persoonlijkheid en gaf mij een gevoel van vertrouwen. Ik zou Huub zeker aanbevelen als makelaar.

Huub is deskundig, vriendelijk, reageert snel, betrokken en geduldig met beginnende verhuurders ;-) Heeft de woning mooi op funda gezet. Documenten kunnen digitaal getekend worden. Heel prettig in het contact. Zeer aan te bevelen in stad Groningen.

Onze makelaar Huub heeft ons uitstekend geholpen. Zijn persoonlijkheid maakt dat wij met plezier op ons huis hebben gereageerd.

Contact and formalities were easy, Dani and Casper were very friendly and helpful.
Could see the place only on pictures and video before arriving, we got what we expected.

Prettige communicatie en snelle reactie op berichten

They will figure out something to cut off your deposit, very unfair and unprofessional when it comes to money.

I am writing this review as a former customer of house hunting Company, where I resided in rented flat from march 2022 to june 2023. I ensured that the flat was returned to a condition even cleaner than when I first received it. After significant effort in meticulously cleaning and maintaining the property, ensuring it was in optimal condition for the next tenant. Despite this, I was disheartened to find that a portion of my security deposit was deducted, seemingly without valid cause.
I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from House hunting Company to think twice and explore other options. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

A few weeks ago I responded to multiple appartments for rental and after filling out their form they send right after you wrote a reaction I haven't received any form of respone.

Ik heb premium betaald en krijg letterlijk op 20-07-23 terugkoppelingen op reacties van mij, die ik in mei heb geplaatst. Daar betaal je dan 30 euro ofzo voor...

Ik ben ondertussen al geholpen en ook niet meer opzoek maar heb dus niets aan Househunting gehad.

Goed contact met de makelaar. Vriendelijke man en alles was snel geregeld.

Nooit meer zaken doen met deze mensen, beloven je van alles, maar nadat bijna alles rond is kan je maar beter nog een keer goed alles doornemen. Wat een blamage, vermijden die hap!

Do not even try to call them, they just wont answer, cuz they dont care about you and your problems, but they care about 35 EUR that they ask for everywhere. I would name this company the ghosting simulator 2023

They keep answering to our request of viewing apartments telling "you are not selected for this property." Without giving us any reason after we asked multiple times why "we were not selected" so we can understand, and without giving any other sort of answer than this automatic email.

The best rental agent I have had yet. Very friendly and fast. My person of contact was very helpful and open.

Communicatie verliep soepel. Gang van zaken werd duidelijk uitgelegd door dhr Engels.

from the first day of my rental period they were never interested any issue i shared regarding the house. I lived during winter without a working heating system. the house was delivered my unclean and there was no body from househunting during key transfer. after i left the house they deduct € 50 just because of lime spots in the bath glass despite they delivered me uncleaned. I shared all photos with them but they did not do anything

Alles was heel snel geregeld en heel fijn dat alles digitaal ook getekend kon worden! Huub is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
