Currently, the housing market in the Netherlands is very busy, because there is too much demand compared to the supply. Because of this, landlords respond slower or not at all because they have received too many messages. We are working hard to solve this for both parties.
Further, when buying a premium subscription, users are requested to read a short message explaining to the user that they are about to buy a subscription. It informs users about the renewal and that it must be cancelled before the renewal date, if not, the subscription will continue.
After the transaction, our system informs users via email that their subscription is renewed. Reminder emails are sent automatically days before the renewal date.
