Today I rang and got Filipa at Homeshield she was so helpful polite and friendly. She helped sort my insurance out and made it very easy. Would definitely recommend

What a terrible experience. They are so pushy. They only care about getting you to agree to pay a subscription. I asked if they could send me the paperwork first so I can check through it and then decide but they said I have to pay first before then send anything out. Just horrible sales and tactics.

Received a call from Homeshield Direct and spoke to a lovely young man named Stan and he assured me that everything was genuine and not a scam for which I had been a victim a few times. He run through all that was needed and during our conversation. we laughed and he brought me many memories of my teenage years in the 60s going to Brighton as a "Mod"
It was nice to speak to Lauren she was very pleasant and extremely helpful and efficient excellent customer service

I emailed to question an unexpected payment, fully expecting to be fobbed off with evading excuses, However....
I was very pleased to receive a reply within minutes from TAMZIN (assistant manager) recognising the error and apologising on behalf of the company.

Spoke to customer service administrator Filipa. She was clearly spoken, polite and very helpful in resolving my enquiry to cancel a newly begun protection plan during the cooling off period, plus reviewing other plans I currently hold.

The call was great and the representative was lovely but I thought this was an update for a policy I already have which covers my appliances so I have cancelled the policy James was lovely but the line was also a little delayed when answering questions
Also the call started with my warranty has run out but then was asked when I bought my washer so I am unsure how you would know the warranty has run out which is why I assumed it was on another policy I had.
Really helpful really quick response to my problem
