we have been with Home Shield direct for some time they are so easy to deal with I spoke to Lucy the advisor and she delt with the order of our new washing machine very professionally and was so helpful I cannot recommend home shield direct highly enough

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH HOMESHIELD. Our Washing Machine needs a repair it has a leaking pipe. It is the 23rd of December and I have been told that nobody can come out until the 6th of January.!!! we have been paying a lot of money for the insurance. Is this the kind of service we get just for the Christmas period? Because they say there aren’t many engineers around??!!!! I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS.
I have been told that due to the Christmas period Engineers will not attend between the 24th of December and January 1st. So what are we supposed to do during this period?? like the NHS people get paid double for working in the Christmas period. This company should do the same for employing Engineers. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS !!!
Whether it be a fridge, cooker or washing machine not working WAIT UNTIL THE NEW YEAR FOR THE ENGINEER TO ATTEND!!

Communication was relatively easy only waited a short while to get through, action was very prompt, Engineering reacted same day and problem resolved almost immediately with the ordering of a new fridge freezer, only concern was that there were only 2 choices of replacement freezer and that out Home Shield Policy which was paid until 2027 was cancelled

I spoke to Tom re: my disfunctioning freezer on my fridge/freezer. He was very polite in asking my details and my problem. At all times he was polite,respectful. Excellent customer service!
