bought a reconditioned pinball machine (Star Trek TNG)
5 years later it's till going strong... and that's despite the fact that my 2 teenage boys and all their friends use it.

P.S. don't tilt, it's not cool

The rasson apollo is absolutely by far the worst table I have ever played on and hope that rasson sees this. If they want too help the sport grow and players get better with ultimate pool they should start making a new design quickly and fast, as the young generation will not get better and will never be as good as the experienced players currently. Design isn't the problem, it is the manufacturing side of it all. Poor quality for a rip off price.

We visited the showroom to get some ideas and were initially looking to order a pool table in a few months. However, were so pleased with the service from Alex, we ordered the table there and then. We had travelled for a couple of hours and were indeed happy to be offered refreshments before the journey home. Really looking forward to taking delivery of the table once we have the room ready. Highly recommend.

I recently visited the show room as I am looking to upgrade my current pool table. Jake was there to show us around and provided us with some excellent advise and proffesional knowledge. All tables are superb and I cant wait to make my purchase

Brilliant service from start to finish from these lads! We love our new pool table and my son even gets up extra early on a school day so he can have a quick game before school! Delivery drivers were great and installed the table quickly with no issues. I would however recommend upgrading the pool cues though!

Just purchased a pool table following an appointment with Alex Ireland. Alex talked me through the various options and given the climate constraints of my garden room we settled on the Rasson Apollo. Fantastic service which sets a high benchmark. Looking forward to an equally excellent installation.

I’ve been looking to buy a retro arcade machine for our home bar. As with any large bulky item you need to make sure you’ve got your dimensions bang on. Charlie has been brilliant answering all my questions and running round measuring odd angles for me. The hard work has paid off and I’ve ordered the machine. It should be a perfect fit. We are absolutely delighted with our Huntsman pool/dining table. We found the sales advisors extremely helpful when choosing our table. The quality and crastsmanship is of a very high standard and excellent value for money. Delivery was on the date agreed and on time even though they travelled from Bristol to Lincolnshire. The delivery guys set up and levelled the table so it was all ready to play, which took them approx 1hr to complete. They even removed all packaging from our house too. The height of the table is perfect for use with our oak dining chairs too. The whole service/communication from start of enquiry to final delivery and set up was excellent. We would highly recommend Home Leisure Direct.

The Pool Tables are brilliant and the Staff I cannot fault them. This is the place to go if you want a Pool Table and anything else they sell.😀👍😀👍

I bought an arcade max with light guns. Could not setup as the sensor supplied in the box is different to the one on the instructions. Tried multiple times, eventually drove to their showroom and asked someone to show me how to setup. Staff said we dont know how to setup and will need to ring customer service. Rang and explained the issue, asked for some photos of sensor and no response from Ross after 3 weeks, chased numerous times by phone and email. Raising a small claims court claim as product is not as advertised and they dont have a clue how to setup

I recently bought a Signature Chester “Silver Mist” 6ft Pool / Dining Table secondhand from an 3rd party and unfortunately it got some slight surface damage in transit.

I reached out to Home Leisure Direct who supplied the table originally and, although they had no part to play in any of this, they were happy to help me out; initially with some advice and then actually sent me some matching touchup paint free in the post - even though I wasn’t a direct customer of theirs.

I recently purchased a 7ft pool table from Home Leisure Direct. I had been previously chatting to them and arranged an appointment in the store to finalise my selections. Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and let me take as much time I needed to check out other tables and cloth colours. Even laying out swatches on the tables so I could see the different combinations. I would highly recommend this company and encourage you to visit their ultimate mancave of a shop to see their various arcades, pinball machines and pool tables. The table was ready in less than a week and the delivery guys were fantastic. They ensured everything was set up perfectly before showing me how to operate and care for my table and what everything was, from the different cues, balls and accessories. Top quality service!
