Don’t care about the customer, bad outdoor table Avoid Avoid
Late delivery, very very little communication or keeping me informed or answering emails. Below is a couple of the problems, there have been many more.
When fixing my table after delivery (took over 2 weeks to try to fix, keep getting problems with ball return and cloth, bad table should have done more research) they ‘accidentally’ took 2 of my pool balls. Said would return and let me know when sent next day, did not let me know and still waiting for return 4 days later and tomorrow is Sunday, however this was Steves response ‘ It’s a simple mistake and we’ve rectified it. Adam apologised and they were sent overnight. Can’t do anymore. By the same token if you were that desperate you could have piped down and collected !!!!

He says i could go and collect, they are about 1hour away and it is their mistake.
Another response from Steve ‘Adam apologised to you. He told you what was going to happen. And it’s happened. If it’s not good enough why didn’t you say that then!! You have everything bar the snooker balls as there are none in the country. Happy to give you a refund if that’s what you want. They’re here in a few weeks. If that’s not good enough either then let’s part company now. We’ve apologised and that’s as much as we can do. If genuine mistakes aren’t your thing……… what can I do to change that! Nothing can I.
I know I can’t make everyone happy but we’ve done nothing that you didn’t agree with…….. so what more can I do’
Remember I have still not received the balls back, can get same snooker balls from Amazon which I have now ordered in 3 days. Ordered 21st September now 13th November. Also balls now stick from different pocket and cloth same as before with ridge next to pocket. Adam said problem when they glue it and I should rub the ball over it to get rid of it’, that does not work again I should solve their problem.
Also again I am the customer, Steve says to part ways. Easy thing for him to say to try to get rid of any responsibility. Only way for that to work, which I would be more than happy with, if they give me a full refund and collect their defect table.
