We purchased a 7ft Spencer Marston Hudson Dining Pool Table and we love it. It's absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality. The accessories are all high quality. We got the white glove service to set it up and that was totally worth it. The dining top is a real bonus and it's solid wood. The people we dealt with at Pool tables in Oregon were extremely professional and made sure we were completely satisfied. They are second to none!

I was hesitant to buy their pooltable for my warehouse associates. Did a lot of online research before landing on this site. Looked for reviews and was confident to make the purchase.
I purchased Orleans Two Tone.
Trust me, Do Not go for Mass produced pool tables available on Home Depot or anywhere.

The pool table is phenomenal.
You can feel the quality. See the craftsmanship. No shortcuts, just pure attention to detail. Even the accessories are top-tier.

I selected pooltables.com as I was getting a pool table as a gift for my husband for Christmas. I placed the order on 9/26/2024 for a Spencer Marston model and was told it would easily be 3 weeks for delivery and at the most 6 weeks. I was okay with that. Our pre-loved pooltable was still enjoyable, but it was time to get a new one. I had plans to give the pre-loved pool table to my brother. So I ordered an additional wine tablecloth just in case it was needed for re-installation. The Spencer Marston I ordered did not arrive as stated, but the separate pooltable cloth did arrive. As time moved on, I had very little update from my sales person about the main purchase status especially as the time drew near. I was finally contacted on October 31, 2024 that my pool table had shipped. But it was a mistake. That pool table was for another customer. I was disappointed but mistakes happen. Salesperson did call. But I missed it and tried to return the call but he never got back with me on the status. All this time, my husband was increasing getting doubtful that this was a legit business. And even told his friends about the experience. Finally on 12/16/2024, I received email message that the pool table has shipped. It was a week before Christmas. I contacted my installer (the pool table was being shipped to him). We set up a time for installation 2 days before Christmas (the break down of the existing pooltable with transport to my brother's house and the installation of the new pooltable at our house). A couple of days later I received a phone call from the installer that pooltables.com did not ship the tablecloth that came with the order. I scrambled to find another cloth in time for the installation. No luck. The installer came on the appointed day and said he could save the existing cloth on the preloved table for my brother. That was great. The installer notated on The Receipt of Installation that the original tablecloth was not shipped with the order and customer needs to be reimbursed. After several attempts of phone calls and emails, NO ONE from pooltables.com has reached out about a refund. My husband really loves the pool table. And that brings me joy. I can recommend pooltables.com product quality, but I cannot recommend the quality of the service.

Smooth experience from start to finish, pool table looks and plays great!

My Father bought me a 6ft slate table 45 years ago that I used all the time as a child.
It had just about survived numerous house moves and being stored in various garages but hadn’t been played on for around 25 years….could it be restored?
A call to Robert Bondi (The Pool Table Guy) was made…he clearly detailed the options available and the cost involved…a few weeks later we have the table restoration completed and playing as well as I ever remember….absolutely top level professional service, would recommend to anyone looking for this very bespoke service.

Edit to 2 stars from 5. Ordered table and chair set never shipped one of the chairs. Reached out and was given the song a dance about how China is not releasing containers due to tariffs. China wouldn’t stop the containers from going for one number two the 90 day tariff pause has been in effect for weeks now containers are flowing out of China at record pace. When I responded with this information, I was just told now it’s gonna be August. This is several months later originally told end of April.. very disappointing

The wait was worth it! It was a long road to get here with port strikes and other silliness causing delays.

However, this table is amazing and well worth the wait. Unless you are professional pool table installer, you’re crazy not to go with the White glove delivery and set up.

The manager Jonathan was extremely responsive and service oriented. I don’t give many 5 star reviews, but here I can’t figure out how not to.

I recently purchased a pool table from PoollTables.com and I couldn't be happier! Jon was very accommodating during the purchasing process. I even changed sizes a few days after my original purchase with no problems. Sammy and Dylan put it together in my basement quickly and perfectly. And everyone was very professional while doing what they do.

Had my 7’ Pool Table delivered and installed yesterday. I have never seen a table put together. Amazing how much detail goes into it.

Great communication there were delays in the table arriving but they still were able to get it to us seamlessly after that. Would highly recommend so far have been impressed with the quality and caliber of the table.

Ordered pool table early December. Have yet to receive by February 19. When it arrived to the installer in January, I was notified on the day of installation Jan 16th that it was damaged and the slate needs replacement. When contacting pool tables.com- they offered to have the damaged part expedited- it has not arrived a month later and they are not concerned or offering any compensation for the delay. Customer service has been less than pleasant. In looking at other reviews, I have found many with similar complaints. Don’t believe the 4 stars- it’s not legit. … update, promised to have an upgraded package overnight shipped and haven’t received it or the pool table.

We had recently purchased a pool table thru PoolTables .com and worked with Jonathan. He was very helpful in answering questions that we had. The initial table that we ordered was back logged and Jonathan was able to assist us in upgrading. Once the table was delivered and unopened we had a cracked rail. We contacted Jonathan and he assisted us in getting a new rail and shipped to our address. In a day where customer service is really in question, I can say without hesitation Jonathan was super to work with. He is truly a professional and I highly recommend him and PoolTable.com

I ordered a pool table in November before thanksgiving. I was told 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. It is now 25 January and I still do not have the pool table I ordered. When I started calling to check on the status of the table in the end of December I was told over and over it will be in next week. This went on until 20 Jan 24 when I called and was told it will be in next week and I finally cancelled the order. Wasted my time and they took my money right away.

Dennis and Jonathan were incredibly helpful on the phone about my questions concerning the size of the pool table, colour of the felt, appropriate stick size adequate for the room, game play on a 7 ft. table, delivery expectations among others. Dennis answered the vast majority of questions before I ordered and cleared the way for me to submit the online order. I recommend calling to alleve any unsurety. Jonathan essentially provided an unexpected consultation after I had ordered which I very much appreciated and saved me from buying too small a stick. Both are easygoing guys to talk to, friendly and open. I had no apprehensions even just being a very novice player.

I bought the Spencer Marston Tuscany pool table with a wine felt (teflon). The wine colour appears darker in the felt option photos online. Wine is a maroon colour with very slight overtones of purple. Not bright red nor standard red. Also, the cherry wood stain and fancy legs caught my eye paring well with the felt and medium toned brown walls. Just beautiful!!! Game play is very good for a 7 ft table and the room size, 13 by 20 ft. I can use the 58 inch cue with no concern for hitting wall from side rail position. The table is well balanced with no oddities. I could find no flaw anywhere. Due to the extra weight of an 8 footer, I had concerns placing it upstairs with a ping pong table top that would add more weight. Ultimately, this and the smaller room size cinched my decision to go with the 7 ft instead of the 8 ft.

I ordered a ping pong table top from them on March 25th, which was damaged during transit. On April 8th, I sent them pictures showing the damage upon delivery, and the delivery driver also took photos. Despite my numerous calls and emails, I have only been told that they are working on it, but I have not received any updates. Do not buy from this company. If your item is damaged in transit, they will never call you back, and you will be stuck with it. I spent $600 on this ping pong table, and I doubt I will ever get that money back.

Love our new pool table! Super easy to find what we wanted on the website. Took delivery within 3 weeks of order. Crew that set up the table was super professional. Table is as beautiful as it is fun!

I spent time looking for a table upon calling your company. All my questions were answered when I finally decided to pull the trigger. It was explained to me for five weeks for delivery and set up. It took one extra week and coming from Georgia to Illinois that was more than acceptable, the gentleman that set it up did a thorough job. They explained everything to me and I can honestly say that I’ve had plenty of hours of playing pool on this table and I enjoy it each and every day that I play I purchased additional items from your company was taking care of so well , a different holder and a few other cues thank you very much. You earned my business and I can honestly tell you that I’m a very, very satisfied customer.

We had the white gloves installation, at first it was a little rocky due to the buildings were still under construction at the time. I had the pleasure of meeting the installer the day of the install. The level of the professional was exceptional, clean and quick.
