goods were damaged when examined them…
goods were damaged when examined them when got home . now have to travel 6 miles to return.
Of course it would have been best if the staff had checked to make sure the products Homebase were selling were in fact fit for purpose. I stupidly had assumed that staff had checked .... silly me!

First class experience very pleased with service. Would definitely buy from Homebase again. The delivery with yodel was excellent arrived next day and on time stated.

Hi I ordered 2 packets of tiles
Hi I ordered 2 packets of tiles. When i opened one packet the corners on 4 of the tiles were chipped and on the other packet, there was a cracked down the middle of 2 of the tiles. I have photos if you need to see them. this has left me short for tiling my bathroom
