All easy to order and pick up, however wait time was too long, they definitely need more staff in store.

Fast collection polite staff but disappointed discount offered online didn’t work at checkout. I needed the goods today and didn’t have time to argue.

I really enjoyed my recent visit to Homebase Hove, staff were friendly and they helped me find everything on my list! Will return shortly.

Great service friendly staff

I purchased a Homebase rotary washing line from my local Homebase store. The small red clip that holds it up snapped off. I contacted Homebase who said they would not replace it as I had no proof of purchase, I always pay cash, not everyone pays credit card. I found the company quite abrupt and not willing to help at all. My product was purchased from my local Homebase, it has Homebase stickers all over it and clearly could not have come from another store. At no time did I ask for a refund or replacement and was actually willing to pay for the broken part even though it is clearly a design fault. I did point out that the Homebase rotary washing line was a lot more expensive than their competitors but I thought I was buying quality, obviously not. Homebase did not seem to care about the product or the fact that I’d been a long time customer, not any more!
Personally I found their attitude and customer care disgraceful.

I was so thankful to the chap that helped me with 15 bags of pea shingle loaded it in my car reassuring me it would not be too heavy. Wouldn’t accept a tip, very helpful & great customer service, didn’t see his name dark hair tooth missing 5’9’ ish. Please thank him he was just so kind & helpful

My visit today was delightful. Very kind staff greeted me when I arrived and got my click and collect order in seconds! Big thank you to Joe as well, very helpful on the tills and carried out my garden set.

Plenty of parking space which made loading up after purchase very easy.

Bought the most beautiful led lamp, was given good advice about the lamp base.

I went to the first till, and the colleague had issues with their scanner and just told me to go to the service desk. No apology.

At the service desk, the colleague there did not acknowledge the situation and just scanned the item.

I bought a Which-recommended Homebase product which was in stock at a nearby branch, at a good price. I was notified promptly that it was available and was politely and quickly served when I picked it up.

Our click and collect order was ready when we arrived to collect. We then went into the store, the items we wanted were found easily, signage was clear. The staff member on checkout was very helpful and so friendly.

The lady called sharne, at customer services was very helpful and really friendly. She was very knowledgeable. I was really pleased with the customer service I received from her a really lovely lady. So thank you, for your help
