Have always had exellent customer service from the very helpful store staff. Had to make a return and Becky was exceptionally helpful and made everything easy and hassle free. Also made further purchase in store and was served by Phoenix who was just as helpful and highlighted some of the offers available at the moment without sounding like a sales person but did so with genuine interest and helpfulness

Visited Homebase today and was served by Beccy, It was nice to have someone so friendly at the till.

Amanda and her colleague were so friendly and helpful.

Andrea was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all aspects of designing our kitchen.

Carl was friendly and helpful when choosing and mixing our paint. A credit to the store

Paint was mixed easily compared to other shops that tried and failed, great service by Carl, excellent customer service.

Andrea has made our experience of having a new kitchen amazing. She has been so helpful and knowledgeable if we had any problems she was always at the end of a phone or email

We were served by Becky who was very helpful. The item we wanted was not on the shelf but she checked on the computer found there had just been a delivery and the item was in the stock room. She called a colleague who brought out what we what that saved us a long trip on another day. Thank you Becky and Homebase.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of mats that we were looking for.

Telephoned ahead just to make sure the product was instock and the staff member kindly checked this and advised me to click and collect so I didn't have a wasted journey!

We visited Homebase in Haverfordwest this afternoon (14-07-24) and received excellent customer service from 3 sales assistants (Ben, Margaret & Jess) they couldn't be more helpful, mixing paint, running around looking for diy materials and best of all saving us money.

So very grateful, thank you to all 😉
