Great store, staff are always helpful 🙂

I easily found what I was looking for. However, it would have been easier if the item I wanted wasn't stacked on a high shelf.

Me and my wife were trying to find a colour for our hallway. Carl said he could match the colour we wanted and mixed it in dulux heritage. Perfect result hallway looks stunning

Amazing customer service from phoenix this afternoon. Went above and beyond for me as im new to the area and first time in store. Helped beyond measure to get what I needed and would recommend to all family and friends for a visit. Thanks again phoenix!

The items I received were great. However, two items reserved were not available. I'm now expected to order with a £6 delivery fee for two medium sized baskets to complete the set. No recognition for a 56 mile round trip. Thanks Homebase 😕

Went in to get some paint mixed and was served by Carl and his knowledge and advice was extremely helpful. It’s not the first time Carl has helped us and gave us advice he’s always gone above and beyond to make sure we use the correct paint and advice on prep work.

My experience at Pembrokeshire Homebase is amazing. The customer service is the main reason I choose to use Homebase for personal and business use. I am always welcomed with a happy attitude and a friendly smile. I am always helped when needed.
