Lots of good choices of beautiful plants.. only went in for a new pot for a plant and ended up with a trolley full of plants!
Phoenix served us and was good fun, trying to dig our way through the trolley to find everything to scan.

carl is an amazing member of the homebase staff he has a sence of humour and help me a lot while i was there

I needed to colour match a door and when asking for advise Carl a member of staff couldn't have been more helpful and managed to successfully mix the right colour.

We dealt with Carl who was extremely helpful when it came to finding a paint tester I needed. He was also very knowledgeable about the hertiage range. Customer service was spot on, nothing was too much bother. Thank you

I went into Homebase Haverfordwest to buy a cordless lawn mower. I had already had a look on line and the one I wanted was in stock. In the store the cards attached to the display models were very unhelpful, particularly the one for my chosen model, and the prices were different from those on line which made it very confusing. Boxes for the various models were unhelpful as well. Eventually I bought the one I wanted which turned out to be at a cheaper price than quoted on line. The highlight of my visit was the staff who were very pleasant and friendly. I asked if someone could carry the mower to my car and a young man (Jason, I think) appeared, happy to help but then disappeared in all the confusion. In the end, it was Amanda who helped me take the mower to my car which made me feel rather embarrassed as, at the risk of sounding sexist, I had assumed it would be a male. She was very helpful indeed - couldn't have been nicer and didn't mind doing the heavy lifting with a bit of help from me - she would have done it on her own if I hadn't offered.

Visited Haverfordwest store and the young lady called Phoenix couldn't of been more helpful with serving me and getting my cushion from upstairs she is polite,friendly and helpful thank you

Called the store to check the stock levels and if the wood was in good condition. Anna checked it all for me before I placed the order and even gave us a spare piece incase she’d missed any damage, super service. Thank you very much

I was served by Anna who clarified a few things about the purchase and cover offered: a very confidence inducing 3 years. Good service at accessible prices and a friendly local experience.

I have to thank Carl { paint department } & Amy { cashier/customer services } from the Haverfordwest store who dealt with an issue I had with some paint I had to return.They both were extremely professional & so helpful, there were no issues with them dealing with this matter & dealt with it immediately, which made my shopping experience a very pleasant one .Carl & Amy are an asset to your company.Outstanding customer service from both .Please relay my thanks to your employees .Thank you

Given great guidance by Janet, helping us with finding the right barbecue for our needs, and then Anna kindly sorted the gas cylinder and personally helped us get to the till and waited with us until everything was sorted. Both were supportive, friendly, and clearly loved being able to help people. Honestly, the sense of “team” is clear and it’s great to see such proactive yet non pushy help. Truly was the perfect visit and as a result we didn’t bother going anywhere else and bought it on the spot. They are a credit to this store and I hope they are recognised for it. Thanks both! (Also thank you to the lovely person on the till but I didn’t catch your name sorry, my bad!)

I just want to say a massive thank you to Amanda who went above and beyond to find a lamp shade for me,I was told by another member of staff probably wasn't in store but I needed this particular lamp shade to compete the set I had chosen.
I asked Amanda if she would mind checking the stores for me, she was more than happy to help and came back with the item I was looking for top member of staff Thank you so much 😊 made my day 🙂
