Carl mixed us the exact colour we needed and could advise us on the type of paint we need for our project.

Carl was so helpful this morning. He advised me brilliantly, was chatty and polite and took time to find the most appropriate paint for me. He clearly knew his stuff.
I’ll definitely use Homebase mixing paint again.

Carl was a great help when I needed to colour match the Homebase paint that had been discontinued.
He was very polite and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had the right paint match!

I needed some paint mixed to the same colour that I had for a tester pot (which was made up in May) Carl was able to find the original mixture on their computer after a lot of searching. Very happy with the service Carl gave me, thank you.

I would like to thank kev and Anna marg, for all the help today at the store they couldn't of done enough for us and we will be visiting there again shortly hopefully to sort out a kitchen for us. 🙂

Carl had the patience of a saint for helping me track down a former paint colour match on Friday. A difficult challenge without a sample or the empty tin. It's spot on though!

Carl took the time to find a real red! Walking around store to find the right shade to mix. Friendly helpful and instinctively knowing which would be the best mix.

It all worked very smoothly.
I ordered and paid for the paint on a Sunday and picked it up on the following Thursday.

Matching up extra bits of a kitchen that was already installed. Andrea checked back on original order to ensure the correct colour match and this was after at least 3 previous trips when she had patiently sorted out exactly what I would need.
Excellent and friendly service.
I'd not been home long when the dispatch team phoned to check when the delivery would be convenient for me.

Excellent service from Amanda and her colleague. Very helpful and friendly. Always found the staff in the Haverfordwest store super friendly.

I wanted to buy some paint and had a particular colour in mind but the colour on the sample pots didn’t look like they were on the colour cards. Carl was amazing in his help in my getting the right colour and making it up in a better brand paint with I think a new paint identification/mixing and even giving it my personal colour name on a card to keep so they can find it next time. Very very impressed both with their “new” system and Carl’s knowledge and helpfulness. Don’t very often give 5 stars but he deserves it.

Anna helped me out in store with some garden furniture and paint today. Anna is very kind, friendly and helpful, makes time for all customers even tho busy. Sarah served me on till nice and friendly. Im a regularly to this store and find it a great place to shop. Competitive prices good selection
