Fantastic staff. I was served by Daisy on the till and Peta in the garden centre. Both were excellent. Happy and chatty.

Very polite and helpful staff

Customer service was a dream. Had an issue with the SAVE15 and they sorted it out for me.

Denise went above and beyond for us this afternoon. She was so helpful in helping us find products that we were looking for and even went into warehouse to locate them and bring them out to us. She was even able to help us locate a product in another nearby store for us to order. Extremely helpful lady thank you so much

I was given so much help and advice by Alex at the paint mixing hub. He asked lots of questions to ensure I purchased the right size tin. He was friendly, patient, despite me asking lots of questions which would possibly drive many people insane.
The gentleman who served me at the checkout was very friendly as well.
I’ve not been in this store for a long while but because of how I was treated I will be making it my preferred DIY store.

All ready for collection and a friendly and cheerful service.

Item was in stock so able to collect straight away. The lady on the click and collect desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Have not used delivery before and found it very good, no complaints at all. Thank you.

Ordering and collecting wasn’t a problem but we got home and took sticker that was placed on tin with surname and the lid has dents underneath.. looks like someone or something pressed on it to hard or heavy..!!

Every thing right what I ordered

The lady who we asked for help was brilliant. Normally in stores staff don’t really bother, but she went and found what we needed. The item wasn’t showing in stock but she said you’d just had a delivery. She went and looked manually in the stock room and found what we were after. I only wish I’d taken her name.

Excellent service as usual.
I made an observation to the lady at the service desk. What an absolute mess all the graffiti is around the outside of Homebase roadside in Basingstoke. This looks absolutely dreadful for the branch on full view of customers and people driving past. Surely you can employ someone to paint over the mess asap and some of the words are insulting to say the least. This is unacceptable for Homebase being an upmarket DIY chain and letting the area down.

Click and collect was very easy. Was in and out of store in a few minutes.

Excellent customer service from the gentleman on paint mixing this morning. I believe his name is Ian. He went out of his way to help me choose suitable paint,came up with alternitive when what i wantes was out of stock, so i went away very happy. He really does know his stock,and his knowledge is really good. Well done,Ian.

Just visited Basingstoke Homebase and had an amazing lady called Lisa gave me the most detailed information about how to grow chillies from seedlings. I was fascinated with her knowledge. She was patiently explained what to do. Thanks for an amazing customer service and training that you delivered for your staff. ❤️
